Having the ability to give back t the community, it’s something that can be termed as a unique personality to most of the people. There are a lot of successful people, but not all of them have the heart to support the community and try to make the lives of the less advantaged groups in the community worth living. On the other hand, there are those people who are successful, and they feel that without giving back to the community, their lives will not be complete. These people have changed the lives of many people especially needy children who need someone to support them in their education and giving them food, clothing, and shelter.

Well, one of these people is Hussain Sajwani. He is the Chairman and the Chief Executive officer of DAMAC Properties a company that deals with real luxury properties in the real estate industry in Dubai. Hussain Sajwani, the DAMAC owner, understands how it feels to get support from other people in the community because he was once that person in need of its help. He came from a humble background where his father was a small business person selling watches and pens while his mother was a hawker who used to sell ladies’ accessories locally.

They had no enough money to take him through his higher education, but because of his determination and hard work, he was able to get a government sponsorship to go and study in University of Washington. This support from the government can also be termed as support from the community since the money the government uses to sponsor needy children in their education still comes from the people in the community through taxes, as quoted by the Saudi Projects.

Albayan.ae said that after graduating from Washington University with a bachelors degree in Industrial engineering and economics, he was able to work in a significant number of companies after which he was ready to start his ventures in business. It is through his consistency in hard work and commitment that led him to invest in the real estate industry through DAMAC Properties. Today, he is one of the main founders f the Emirates Red Crescent, and Dubai Cares among other charities especially that are concerned with the welfare of needy children all over the world.
